MONDPARSIFAL<\/em><\/p>\n Artist Book in two parts<\/em> suite of 4 includes all 28 original prints on 34 g Japan paper<\/em> both parts are combined in a silk screen printed folder bound in clouded marble and packed in a silk screen printed grey board box<\/em><\/p>\n the woodcuts, drawings and collages were created between June and september 2017 and were printed by Sarah Bogner\/Neue Satz Wien in Vienna in 2017.<\/em><\/p>\n This Artist Book is published on the occasion of Jonathan Meese\u2019s staging of the opera \u2018Parsifal\u2019 \u2013 \u201eMONDPARSIFAL ALPHA 1 \u2013 8 (ERZMUTTERZ DER ABWERZ)\u201c, during the wiener festwochen in June 2017 and \u201eMONDPARSIFAL BETA 9 \u201313 (VON EINEM, DER AUSZOG DEN \u201cWAGNERIANERN DES GRAUENS\u201d DAS \u201cGEILSTGRUSELN\u201d ZU ERZLEHREN…)\u201c at Berliner festspiele\/immersion in october 2017.<\/em><\/p>\n _________________________________________________________________<\/p>\n <\/p>\n MONDPARSIFAL<\/p>\n zweiteiliges K\u00fcnstlerbuch in einer Auflage von 20 arabisch nummerierten und signierten Exemplaren + 3 A.P.<\/p>\n vier weitere Exemplare enthalten zus\u00e4tzlich beide Teile sind in einer im Siebdruck bedrucken Mappe aus Wolkenmarmor zusammengefasst und in einer bedruckten Graukartonkassette verpackt.<\/p>\n die Holzschnitte, Zeichnungen und Collagen entstanden zwischen Juni und September 2016 in Berlin und wurden 2017 von Sarah Bogner\/ Neue Satz Wien in Wien gedruckt.<\/p>\n In \u00bbMondparsifal\u00ab zeigt Jonathan Meese eindrucksvoll seine k\u00fcnstlerische Auseinandersetzung mit der ber\u00fchmt-ber\u00fcchtigten letzten Wagneroper.
